The consortium makes available an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to assist plan participants with a wide variety of resources, referral and support services for personal success including:

HOW THE EAP WORKS

Access is easy and there is no cost to plan participants. Whether the issue is large or small, simply go online at www.achievesolutions.net/jhp or call the toll-free telephone number at 1-877-233-0976, day or night. The EAP is staffed by professionals who are highly trained and qualified. The information you receive is accurate, up to date and relevant to your particular circumstances. Your call is private and your personal information if kept confidential and in accordance with federal and state laws.
