The Jefferson Health Plan Fall Semi-Annual Membership Meeting and 3rd Annual Educational Seminar is October 27 & 28 at the Hilton Easton in Columbus, Ohio. JHP Members and their brokers/consultants are encouraged to attend both the meeting and educational seminar. There is no charge to attend and Thursday night accommodations are paid for by the JHP for up to 2 JHP members. See your email for information regarding making hotel reservations. Rooms are secured under the JHP for members at the Hilton Easton and the Courtyard Easton. The schedule of events is as follows:

- -Semi-Annual Membership Meeting
(Representation from each JHP member is encouraged to attend) - -Hospitality 5:30-9:00 p.m.
Friday, October 28, 2016
- -Biometric Screening 6:30-8:30 a.m.
- -Breakfast 7:00-8:30 a.m.
- -Educational Sessions:
Session 1: 8:40-9:35 JHP 101
Session 2: 9:45-10:40 Wellness
Session 3: 10:50-11:45 1094 and 1095 Review
Session 4: 11:55-12:50 HIPAA Training/Certification - -Lunch 12:50-1:30
- -Panel Question/Answer 1:40-2:15 p.m.
Closing-HIPAA Certificates & CEU Certificates will be issued
