The Jefferson Health Plan offers a selection of approved plan administrators and provides both carrier and Third Party Administrator (TPA) options. Your selected third party administrator will manage claims processing and offer access to provider networks, utilization review, and eligibility. In addition, many of the plan administrators also handle other aspects of your sponsored employee benefit plans such as the processing of COBRA, retirement plans, HSAs, HRAs, and flexible spending accounts.
